Training Courses

We train hundreds of students each year through dedicated training courses that are conducted as part of organizational critical chain implementations. In addition, we provide open courses for people who miss the dedicated training and for students who are interested only in the software.

Course Descriptions

ProChain Applications Course Outline

This two-day introductory course covers Microsoft Project topics and ProChain Project Scheduling. Our training facility near Washington, DC provides a computer for each student for optimal hands-on experience. Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 12 students. Those completing the course will possess the skills needed to: enter a project network using various modeling methods, create a Critical Chain schedule, track a project and analyze project reports.

Prerequisite: None

ProChain Pipeline Course Outline

The two-day Pipeline course builds on concepts and techniques established in the Applications course. Concepts of multiple project scheduling and management will be discussed from the viewpoints of the Project Manager, Resource Manager, and Senior Manager. Students will develop proficiency with ProChain Pipeline software in order to create and maintain a master schedule based on multiple individual critical chain project files and to analyze and evaluate the impact of changes to the schedules.
