Maintenance

Each software purchase comes with 90 days complimentary full maintenance effective as of the date of the purchase invoice. This maintenance allows the purchaser to download, free of charge, any software updates and upgrades that may be available within the maintenance time period and also entitles the licensee to 90 days telephone and email software support (not including consulting or training services). To extend your maintenance coverage, you must check the box on the software order screen. Purchasing additional maintenance adds 12 months to the 90 day complimentary maintenance period. Maintenance subscribers will receive email alerts when software updates are available.
