Quick Start Program

The ProChain Quick Start Program is a virtual training program designed to provide you with the knowledge, methodology, and software tools needed to create realistic, credible project plans. You will also learn to manage the week-to-week execution of those plans, providing team members with clear, prioritized lists of their assignments and providing leadership with honest, credible project status.

Being a project manager doesn’t have to be that hard. Using our ProChain System, critical chain methodology, supporting software tools, and real-world case study with hands-on simulations, our experienced implementers will teach you how to:

  • Develop realistic, credible project plans;
  • Identify week-to-week which tasks are truly “critical” to successful project completion;
  • Get your team to focus on those critical tasks;
  • Conduct credible what-if analyses to enable proactive project leadership; and
  • Report honest status and progress to your team and your management.
