Subscription licenses of ProChain Project Scheduling or ProChain Pipeline include maintenance and support. Perpetual licenses come with 90 days complimentary maintenance, effective as of the date of the purchase invoice; please contact us for more information.

Maintenance allows you to download, free of charge, any software updates and upgrades that are available within the maintenance time period and also entitles you to telephone and email software support (not including consulting or training services).

To extend your subscription for an additional 12 months, please contact us. Maintenance subscribers will receive email alerts when software updates are available. You will be notified when your maintenance is due to expire.

Note: In order to purchase maintenance for a perpetual license of ProChain Project Scheduling or ProChain Pipeline, you must either have maintenance coverage already in place, or upgrade to the latest software version, which may require payment of an upgrade fee.
