Each purchase of ProChain Project Scheduling or ProChain Pipeline comes with 90 days complimentary maintenance, effective as of the date of the purchase invoice.

Maintenance allows you to download, free of charge, any software updates and upgrades that are available within the maintenance time period and also entitles you to telephone and email software support (not including consulting or training services).

To extend your maintenance coverage an additional 12 months, please check the box next to “Maintenance” on the software ordering screen. Maintenance subscribers will receive email alerts when software updates are available. You will be notified when your maintenance is due to expire.

Note: In order to purchase maintenance, you must either have maintenance coverage already in place, or upgrade to the latest software version, which may require payment of an upgrade fee.

Cloud versions of ProChain Enterprise and ProChain Fusion include maintenance as part of the subscription.
