We train hundreds of students each year through dedicated training courses that are conducted as part of organizational Critical Chain implementations. In addition, we provide open courses for people who miss the dedicated training and for students who are interested only in the software.

Quick Start Program

ProChain Applications Course

This two-day software course covers Microsoft Project topics and ProChain Project Scheduling. Our training facility near Washington, DC provides a computer for each student for optimal hands-on experience. Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 12 students. Those completing the course will possess the skills needed to: enter a project network using various modeling methods, create a Critical Chain schedule, track a project and analyze project reports.

Prerequisites: None

Scheduling: We do not conduct open ProChain Applications courses, but would be pleased to schedule a dedicated course for your team at our facility or at yours. Classes typically start at 8:30 each morning and end at 4:30pm. Contact us to discuss location, timing, and pricing.

Advanced Training

These one- to two-day advanced courses are tailored to fit the requirements of your organization. Potential topics include execution excellence and resource, program, and/or pipeline management. Training can be done from the point of view of different levels of workers and/or managers. Courses may be conducted at your location or at our Virginia training facility.
